New Hope In-Person Service Registration

Each week, there will be an registration process. You will be notified via email from newhopeabq.feedback@gmail.com if your attendance is above capacity by Saturday of the upcoming Sunday.

By filling out this form, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations in accordance with in-person attendance. Our greater concern is the safety of our corporate body and will operate in the interest of doing what is favorable to achieve those ends. By voluntarily filling out this form, you are releasing New Hope Church from any liability related to COVID-19.


Registration is by household. At this time you can only register with people who live in the same household address in which you reside. There will be designated seating for those who have physical challenges or special needs. There will be space in this form to list those concerns. If there are more than 5 persons in your household, please fill out a separate form and place in comments connection to your initial form.


Each week, there will be an registration process. You will be notified via email from newhopeabq.feedback@gmail.com if your attendance is above capacity by Saturday of the upcoming Sunday.


Registration will be acknowledged on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close by Saturday at 8 AM MST. Number of attendees will be determined weekly. Those who are outside the capacity numbers that registered will be given preference for next in person service opportunity. However, registration for all is required weekly including those who missed based on capacity limitations from previous weeks.


1. I confirm that I nor anyone in my household with whom I have had direct contact exhibited any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, muscle weakness, or fatigue in the past 14 days?

2. I confirm that I nor anyone in my household have been tested for Covid-19 and received a positive diagnosis in the past 14 days?

3. I confirm that I am willing to wear a mask that covers my nose and mouth for the duration of my time on the campus?

4. I confirm that I will comply with the requirement to submit to a temperature check prior to entering buildings and participating in on-campus events or activities?

5. I confirm that if my temperature is equal to or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or am exhibiting visible symptoms that may potentially be associated with Covid-19 and/or another transmittable virus or illness, I am willing to comply with a potential request for me to immediately leave the premises to seek medical attention or treatment?

6. I confirm that I will follow the directions of signage and submit to the instructions of personnel assigned while I am on the premises.

7. If you cannot affirm your compliance with all the statements above, we invite you to join one of our virtual services?


Service begins promptly at 11 AM. If you are not on time and seated prior to service, you are subject to lose your reservation.
