Children’s Ministry

Reaching out to youth with the love of God, the New Hope Youth Ministry strives to help each young person learn about Jesus and who they are in him. The New Hope Youth Ministry works to foster the personal and spiritual growth of each young person.  Led by the Holy Spirit and being obedient to the Word of God, the New Hope Youth Ministry strives to provide opportunities and experiences to draw youth into the work of faith, training them to lead the cause of Christ. The New Hope Youth Ministry seeks to help youth develop a personal relationship with Jesus, grow in life skills, and share their gifts and talents. In collaboration with the Fine Arts and Worship, youth are encouraged to participate in the Praise and Worship Experience, Children’s and Teens choirs and Praise Dancing. In conjunction with the UNM/BOSS STEAM-H program, New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church, Developed “I’ve Got S.K.I.L.L.S.  (Science, Knowledge, Investigations, Literacy, Learning, Success), using fun and exciting activities to present Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math and Health to meet the needs of students grades 2-8.
